Dodd Frazier bolster Solano economic development

A new bill meant to strengthen Solano County's economic development powers was introduced by Assemblymembers Bill Dodd and Jim Frazier, Dodd's office announced this week.

Dodd, (D-Napa) and Frazier (D-Oakley), who both cover parts of Solano County, have partnered to introduce the new legislation that would enable the county and its seven incorporated cities to create economic opportunities through the acquisition, sale or lease of properties, and to boost rehabilitation of commercial buildings by offering loans to owners or tenants, the Dodd's office said.
