A Napa man was arrested in American Canyon early Sunday, on suspicion of several charges related to a stolen car, American Canyon police said.
Just before 1 a.m. Sunday, an officer found a Ford Focus that had been reported stolen to the California Highway Patrol out of Napa County, parked at 100 W.
