"Thirteen Reasons Why," the original Netflix series being filmed by Paramount Pictures partly in Vallejo, is again calling for extras -- this time for a Halloween costume contest, production company officials announced.
Shooting will be Monday, Aug. 1, somewhere in Vallejo. The specific address will be sent to those who sign up, they said.
