Rosie the giraffe, a resident of Vallejo's Six Flags Discovery Kingdom since 2009, died Monday, park spokeswoman Nancy Chan said.
"Six Flags Discovery Kingdom mourns the loss of its beloved female reticulated giraffe, Rosie, who passed away (Monday) night in her indoor enclosure," Chan said in a statement.
