Rents in Vallejo fell slightly last month - among the few areas to see decreases - but, anyone hoping this means the city's upward rental trajectory is through, will likely be disappointed, one local and one regional expert said.
"The Zumper SF Bay Area Metro Report analyzed active listings in February across 30 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents," according to the latest report, released Wednesday.
