NAPA COUNTY >> A long-term project to repair the pavement on State Route 29 between the City of Napa and just south of St. Helena has begun with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and its contractor, Caltrans officials announced.
The preparation work includes drainage and curb repair at various intersections on SR-29 in the City of Napa, including at Trower Avenue, at Wine Country Avenue and at Salvador Avenue, they said.
