AMERICAN CANYON >> As recent rains have eased California's four-year drought -- at least in Northern California -- city officials will consider easing citywide water use restrictions during Tuesday's regular city council meeting.
Council members will hear a report on water supply and demand in the city's water service area, consider rescinding the Drought Emergency Stage 2 and declaring a Drought Emergency Stage 1, instead, which calls for voluntary conservation.
Mandatory American Canyon water restrictions likely rescinded Tuesday
