NAPA >> Lori-Leanne Parris, program coordinator at Hayward Adult School, has been named principal of Napa Valley Adult Education in Napa, starting July 1, Napa Valley Unified School District officials announced. She will succeed Rhonda Slota, who is retiring after 17 years as principal and 30 years of service in the Napa school district, they said.
