AMERICAN CANYON >> City Councilman Kenneth Leary kicks off his re-election bid with an event Sunday that celebrates the county's national parks, the candidate announced.
The event, Re-Elect Kenneth Leary and Celebrate 100 Years of National Parks, is planned for 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday on the patio of the American Canyon DoubleTree by Hilton, 3600 Broadway St.
