A Vallejo man was arrested for allegedly stealing a truck after American Canyon police found him near it on Tuesday.
At about 11 a.m. on Tuesday, a person reported two suspicious people near a Toyota Rav 4 with no plates, near Jack in the Box in American Canyon, and a man and woman were contacted by police near the truck, police said.
