Kaiser Vallejo, Vacaville named top teaching hospitals by national group

Kaiser Permanente medical centers in Vallejo and Vacaville were named Top Teaching Hospitals of 2016 by the Leapfrog Group, a national organization that compares hospitals' performance on U.S. standards for safety, quality and efficiency, Kaiser officials announced.

"To have both our Vacaville and Vallejo hospitals recognized as among the very best in the nation is a true honor," Kaiser Permanent's Napa Solano Area physician-in-chief Steven Stricker said.
