Vallejo rising with new namesake sourdough

Vallejo's positive reputation in the Bay Area may be rising like bread dough, at least among artisan bread enthusiasts, local bread-maker Chiara Adorno said.

The Vallejo-based bread-maker and owner/operator of TenderFork Market now has a line of organic breads, including one called Vallejo Sourdough, that is gaining popularity in San Francisco and Berkeley, Adorno said.
