Legislation by U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson designed to help small employers provide health care for their employees was signed into law this week, his office announced.
Thompson's bipartisan legislation, the Small Business Healthcare Relief Act, was signed into law#xa0;on Tuesday#xa0;by President Obama after passing the Senate last week.
