NAPA >> An open house to learn about the region's long-range transportation and housing plan -- Plan Bay Area 2040 -- is set for 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) announced.
The public is invited to the event at the Napa Elks Lodge, 2840 Soscol Avenue, organizers said.
