AMERICAN CANYON >> A Vallejo woman was arrested in American Canyon on suspicion of a variety of charges on Monday, Police Chief Tracey Stuart said.
"On 6/13 at about 9 a.m., we received a call of a car parked in the middle of Huntington Way," she said. "Tammy Duncan, 35, of Vallejo, was sitting in the driver's seat.
