Work to remove the old Green Valley Road overcrossing above eastbound and westbound Interstate-80 (I-80) in Fairfield, starts next week, and may complicate some people's commute, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and its project partner the Solano Transportation Authority (STA) announced.
