American Canyon is the most diverse city in Napa County -- a fact of which city officials are rightfully proud.
In keeping with the city's unofficial slogan -- "We (heart) everyone in AmCan" -- the city's second ever Latino Heritage Month Celebration is planned for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at this city's weekly Farmers Market, organizers said.
