One business each in Vallejo, Benicia, Vacaville and Napa are on a list, released by the state Thursday, of the 500 largest delinquent sales and use tax accounts over $100,000.
However, all three appear to be long gone.
The Vallejo entry is listed twice at the same address -- 101 Lincoln Road West -- once as VJR Ventures, Inc.
