If you're one of likely millions of California voters who got a partially filled-out voter registration card in the mail, don't worry. It doesn't appear to be an attempt at voter fraud or ID theft, or anything else nefarious, local elections officials said Tuesday.
Solano County Deputy Registrar of Voters John Gardner said the sender is a nonprofit with the best of intentions, if not the greatest researchers.
