AMERICAN CANYON >> The City Council on Tuesday likely will figure out which of three options to use to fill the council seat vacated by Belia Ramos by of her election as Napa County Supervisor.
The four-year term Ramos didn't finish ends November, 2018. She ran unopposed to fill the seat being vacated by Keith Caldwell, who retired.
