Two light complected Black women are still at large after trying to steal some merchandise from a Vallejo store Sunday and attacking store employees who tried to stop them, a Vallejo Police Department spokesman said Monday.
The two women, both said to be in their 20s, were seen by an employee of the Factory 2 U store in the 3400 block of Sonoma Boulevard, grabbing two items and leaving without paying for them, Lt.
