AMERICAN CANYON >> More complications surrounding the so-called Watson Ranch project will be spelled out at a special city council meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at City Hall, city officials announced.
An update on the status of the Watson Ranch Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) will be provided at the meeting, where city council members will be asked to provide direction on several project-related issues, including whether or not to increase by 126 (to 1,379), the number of dwelling units the project will create.
