If you're a Vallejo Chamber of Commerce member, you may be sensing some changes afoot, starting with a member survey. It's part of how the agency's new president and CEO, James Cooper, is getting his bearings.
Cooper, most recently head of the American Canyon Chamber of Commerce, took over for Rich Curtola, who recently retired from the Vallejo post.
