In an effort to prevent drunk driving, State Sen. Bill Dodd (D-Napa) introduced a bill to increase the reach of the California Highway Patrol's education and outreach providing, Designated Driver Program, Dodd's office staff announced.
"Drunk driving and related accidents, injuries and deaths are sadly too common," Dodd said.
