A Vallejo man and a Oakley woman were arrested in American Canyon after police found them apparently stealing from a bank of mailboxes early Monday, American Canyon Police Chief Oscar Ortiz said.
At about 1:36 a.m. Monday, a Napa Sheriff's Department patrol sergeant noticed a 4-door Toyota with two people inside parked at a bank of mailboxes along Broadway Street near Veterans Park, he said.
