Voting will be different in Napa County this year, since its a test area for 2016 Voter's Choice Act, Registrar of Voters John Tuteur said.
The Napa County Election Division in cooperation with its community partners is hosting six Voter's Choice Act workshops throughout the County, so voters here can learn about the changes, he said.
