When it comes to housing, the idea of "affordable" is relative - as illustrated by the most recent Zumper SF Bay Area Metro Report, which shows it's getting increasingly more expensive to rent a place in Vallejo.
"Notably for Vallejo, this month's is the highest recorded rent since we started creating these metro reports about a year ago," Zumper analyst Crystal Chen said.
