The number of homes sold in the Vallejo area, and in the nine Bay Area counties in January, fell compared to December, but rose slightly compared to a year ago, the latest industry report reveals.
New data released Tuesday by CoreLogic shows a total of 4,849 new and resale houses and condominiums sold in Solano, Napa, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Sonoma counties in January 2017, down 31.
