Vallejo's third homicide of 2017 Sunday afternoon

Vallejo police found a man shot to death on the street Sunday afternoon, in what appears to be the city's third homicide of 2017, officials said.

At about 12:40 p.m. Sunday, the Vallejo Police Department responded to a report of gunfire in the 100 block of Hilborn Street with a subject down, police said.
