BENICIA >> The appointment of Lorie Tinfow as the new city manager, tops the agenda for Tuesday's City Council meeting.

Tinfow's base salary is expected to be $226,788, plus some $33,888 in benefits.

Also on Tuesday, City Council members are expected to consider:

. Mayor Elizabeth Patterson's plan to maintain an open office every Monday (excluding holidays) in the Mayor's City Hall office, from 6 to 7 p.
