"By taking the necessary precautions now, we'll all be better off should our homes and neighborhoods be affected by the storm," Solano County Emergency Services Manager Don Ryan said. "While the county is making preparations for flooding and impacted travel conditions, there are lots of things individuals and families can do to prepare themselves.
