Possible uptick in mail theft in American Canyon, Vallejo, elsewhere

AMERICAN CANYON >> Kevin Krase said he's fed up with having his neighborhood mailbox broken into and he is not alone.

American Canyon City Councilman Mark Joseph said his neighborhood was hit recently, and now he and his neighbors must go to Vallejo's main post office to pick up their mail.

"My mailbox has been tampered with, and at least four other cluster boxes in the area have been opened," Krase said.
