AMERICAN CANYON >> One firefighter will be honored for recent heroic actions and the agency's newest firefighter will be officially "pinned," at a meeting set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, at City Hall, it was announced.
The American Canyon City Council, in its role as the Fire Protection District Board of Directors, will meet to, among other things, honor Charles Mallorca for his actions on Aug.
