Changes to the way Napa County voting works are coming, and the Election Division seeks help getting the word out.
"The 2016 California Voter Choice Act is bringing important voting changes to Napa County on June 5, 2018, including every voter receiving a ballot by mail and new drop box locations throughout the county for returning a vote by mail ballot," Registrar of Voters John Tuteur said.
