If you've been wondering what goes on over there at Vallejo's Touro University on Mare Island for the past 20 years, here's your chance. From 5 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 17, Touro celebrates its 20th anniversary with its first "Touro Community Day," organizers said.
Faculty, staff and students will showcase their research (inside Farragut Inn), programs, and Jewish life on campus, organizers said.
