A 22-year-old Concord woman was killed in a crash on the Insterstates 680 and 780 interchange early Friday, public safety personnel said.
The crash happened at about 6 a.m. when a vehicle with a solo occupant driving north on the I-680 Benicia bridge, apparently ran into the back of a large big-rig, Benicia Fire Department Division Chief Josh Chadwick said.
