NAPA >> No criminal charges will be filed against the officers who shot and killed a Napa man in a drug-fueled episode in March, Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley announced Thursday.
"The Napa County District Attorney's Office has completed a full review of the officer involved shooting that took place on March 13, 2017 in the area of the South Napa Marketplace in the City and County of Napa," according to a news release.
