AMERICAN CANYON >> After having raised the nearly $5 million they thought they'd need to build American Canyon's new Boys & Girls Club clubhouse, this past winter's rains delayed the work and increased the price, organization officials said. Construction is moving forward, anyway, even as fundraising resumes in high gear, executive director, Mark Kuhnhausen said.
