AMERICAN CANYON >> Most of the items that weren't gotten to at the last meeting are set for discussion at a special public session of a City Council meeting set for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
These include adopting a Veteran's Preference hiring policy and revising the city's Cash-for-Grass program.
Council members will also consider allocating unanticipated revenue to Clarke Ranch improvements and landscaping at the PG&E Substation.
