Marijuana is back on the American Canyon agenda for Tuesday's 6:30 p.m. City Council meeting, as is an effort to move forward on landscaping the PG&E substation and several other projects.
City staff is recommending council members extend by another six months - until May 4 - a temporary moratorium on outdoor marijuana cultivation that is set to expire Nov.
