Vallejo most affordable rents rising fast

While Vallejo remains the San Francisco Bay Area's most affordable place to rent a home, it's not clear how long that will last, since a new report finds rents here are rising faster than elsewhere.

"Vallejo has the largest year over year rent for two bedroom units, up nearly 15 percent," Zumper spokeswoman Crystal Chen said.
