New American Canyon city position and infrastructure improvements approved

AMERICAN CANYON >> The city is moving forward with plans to widen Green Island Road, while moving existing overhead utilities underground. It's also moving forward with the annexation of some 83 acres for a future extension of Newell Drive. But the most contentious item discussed at Tuesday's City Council meeting had to do with the city's Parks and Recreation Department.
