American Canyon roommates Carren Reisinger and Efrain Ramirez either caught an arsonist in the act and held him for police, or captured a smoker who may have accidentally started a fire.
The roommates insist they foiled an attempted arson behind their American Canyon mobile home park Tuesday night - catching the arsonist and holding him until police came.
