Despite a better than 10 percent year-over-year rise for two-bedroom units, rents in Vallejo are still the Bay Area's most affordable, and though the area has dropped one rank, it's still the second hottest housing market in the United States, according to newly released data.
Despite this, new data also shows that more people in Vallejo experience eviction than the national average.
