Today at 1:15 p.m. Eastern Standard time/ 10:15 p.m. local time, Congressman Mike Thompson (D- St. Helena) will stand on the House Floor and call for a moment of silence to honor those who lost their lives in the deadly California fires, and to show the U.S. House of Representative's commitment to help rebuild the lives of those who've lost everything, his office announed.
