Solano Fairgrounds to be staging hub for temporary FEMA housing for fire victims

Now that the large animals that were evacuated from firestorm-threatened areas to the Solano County Fairgrounds have gone home, the site will further help fire victims through a deal made this week with the federal government to get temporary housing to those who need it.
