Napa County will open a Local Assistance Center to help county residents impacted by last week's fires, officials announced.
The center, which will be at the county's Health and Human Services Building A Conference Center - 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive - will offer federal, state and local disaster assistance resources including financial assistance.
