NAPA >> St. Joseph Health, Queen of the Valley Medical Center remains open and fully functional, despite the fires that raged through the area, officials said this week.
Firefighters have made much progress on the containment of the wildfires in Napa and Sonoma counties and the hospital on Monday, resumed several services that had been postponed last week.
