Longtime Vallejo resident Mel Orpilla said he noticed his brand new holiday decorations projector missing when he opened his front room curtains Monday morning.
"It wasn't even up a full 24 hours," he said.
The device was snatched sometime in the middle of the night Sunday or in the wee hours of Monday morning, he said.
