Vallejo Police Department Holiday Patrols are working, police say

The Vallejo Police Department's Holiday Patrol - HideItLockItTakeIt - campaign has so far resulted in at least two arrests, Lt. Jason Potts said.

Just after 4 p.m. Dec. 13, Holiday Patrol officers were flagged down about someone suspicious near the Starbucks at Vallejo Corners, commonly called the Target Center, he said.
